6	Missing Property	Wed 2/4/04 1850-1950	Staff recovered a purse and unpon locating the owner it was discovered that personal property was missing from inside.	Building B Level 1
7	Suspicious Person/Trespassing	Thur 2/5/04 1218	Staff members reported suspicious persons in the building. Subjects were located, warned and released.	BUilding A Level 6
8	Bomb Threat	Thurs 2/5/04 1905	Unknown caller contacted an outside Police agency and reported that a bomb had been placed on Campus. Proper protocol was initiated and incident was unfounded.	Unknown Location on Campus

11	Trespassing	Wed 2/11/04 2315	Subject was observed sleeping in building. Upon questioning it was discovered that subject had no business in TUHC. Subject was arrested.	Building B Level 1
12	Disturbing the Peace	Thurs 2/12/04 1440	Patient created a disturbance when he discovered that he was being discharged.	Building B Level 5
13	Theft	Fri 2/13/04 1530-0945 2/16/04 Mon	Staff reported TUHC property missing from inside of a secured room.	Building B Level 1
14	Theft	Wed 2/18/04 1836	Staff member reported observing a subject remove property and exit without paying. Subject was stopped and arrested.	Building B Level 1
15	Trespassing/Resisting Arrest	Wed 2/18/04 1836	Visitor reported a suspicious person in waiting area. Officers located subject and he was arrested for trespassing.	Building B Level 6
16	Urinating in Public/Resisting Arrest	Fri 2/20/04 0740	Subject was observed by officer urinating in front of the building. When approached subject became combative and refused to comply.	Outside of Building A
