4	Suspicious Person	Wed 1/7/04 2228	Parking Garage manager observed a suspicious person hanging in the area. Officers arrived in area but subject was gone.	Building Q Level 1

13	Disturbance	Tue 1/13/04 1655	TUHC Staff reproted another staff member creating a disturbance in department. Staff member was escorted off property and incident was handled internally.	Building B Level 1
14	Trespassing	Wednesday 1/14/04 1400-1420	TUHC staff removed a trespasser from the area and informed TUHSC Poilce the next day.	Building B Level 1

Friday 1/16/04 1144	Staff reported that a male subject had removed property from the building. Officers checked the area but to no avail.	Building B Level 1
16	Threatening Telephone Calls	Sat 1/17/04 1500	Staff member reported receiving threatening phone calls. Nopd was advised and a warrant was issued for the subject.	Building B Level 3
