5	Simple Battery	Sun 6/6/04 2050	Three non-associates were attacked as they entered the building. Subject was located by TUHSC Police and arrested.	Building Q Level 1

12	Aggravated Battery/Theft	Thu 6/10/04 1119	Subject was observed stealing at Walgreens. Upon apprehension by store manager the subject struck him in the head with a fire extinguisher.	Building K Level 1
