2) VEHICLE THEFT, on Sunday April 5, 2009 at 2340 hours TUHC staff reported that her vehicle was stolen from Saratoga Parking Garage on Sunday 4/5/09 from 0700 to 2340 hours. On-Going Investigation.
3) MISSING PROPERTY (TUHC), on Monday April 6, 2009 at 0950 hours TUHC staff reported a grey plastic money bag containing $20.00 U.S. currency and a personal check for $20.00 missing from Primary care clinic from Friday 4/3/09 1552 to 0945 Monday 4/6/09. On-going Investigation.
4) MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), on Tuesday April 7, 2009 at 1500 hours TUHC patient reported missing a brown wallet containing $55.00 U.S. currency, credit card, ATM card, Medicaid card, LA drivers License, firearm permit and handicap ID card from Monday 4/6/09 0925 to 1500 Tuesday 4/7/09 from multiple possible locations in TUHC. On-going Investigation.
5) MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), on Tuesday April 7, 2009 at 1709 hours TUHC patient reported missing a blue tote bag with black wallet containing $14.00 U.S. currency, VA ID card, LA Drivers License and Chase debit card from Wednesday 4/1/09 1918 – 1709 hours on Tuesday 4/7/09 from multiple possible locations in TUHC. On-going Investigation.
6) THEFT FROM INTERIOR VEHICLE, on Wednesday April 8, 2009 at 0310 hours TUHC staff reported theft of GPS and Acetylene/Oxygen torch from his vehicles interior while parked in the 1400 block of Cleveland Avenue on Wednesday 4/8/09 from 0000 – 0245 hours. On-going Investigation.
7) CODE RED (DRILL), on April 9, 2009 at 0845 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red on floor 2 of TUHC and discovered it to be a drill.
8) MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), on Thursday April 9, 2009 at 1206 hours TUHC staff reported missing $40.00 U.S. currency, credit card, ATM card, LA drivers license and wallet from office in Internal Medicine clinic on Thursday 4/9/09 from 0830 to 1200 hours. On-going Investigation.
9) CODE RED (FALSE), on Monday April 13, 2009 at 2018 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red on floor 7 of the Deming pavilion. Activation was caused by overcooked food.
10) CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: TWO PULL STATIONS FIRE ALARM ACTIVATIONS, on Tuesday April 14, 2009 at 0927 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red on floor 2 and floor 1 of TUHC and discovered both pull stations activated and no one in area.
11) MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), on Tuesday April 15, 2009 TUHC staff reported missing her vehicles license plate from an unknown location at an unknown time until 0830 hours on Wednesday 4/15/09 while parked in the LaSalle Parking Garage.
12) CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (PERSONAL), on Friday April 17, 2009 TUHSC Police Officer discovered a broken front passengers side window of a parked car in the Central Parking Lot at 1600 Cleveland Avenue. Vehicle owner inventoried contents and discovered all items were accounted for.
13) OFF-CAMPUS RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY, on Friday April 17, 2009 TUMS Staff/Resident reported that on Tuesday 4/7/09 from 0815 to 2030 hours his off-campus residence was burglarized. Stolen was a laptop, camera, clothes, $100.00 U.S. currency and a credit card. The credit card was abused for over $1K. On-going investigation.
14) VEHICLE THEFT, on Friday April 17, 2009 TUMS staff reported that at 1600 hours he parked his vehicle in the 100 block of South Villere street and at 2115 hours he returned and discovered it missing. No recovery to date. On-going investigation.
15) SHOPLIFTING: RESOLVED BY ARREST/RECOVERY OF STOLEN PROPERTY, on Monday April 20, 2009 Walgreens store manager reported a shoplifter in the Elk Place/Tulane Walgreens store. Subject identified, arrested and stolen property recovered.
16) THEFT OF PRESCRIPTION PAD/PRESCRIPTION FRAUD, on Monday April 2, 2009 TUMS staff reported that on Friday March 6, 2009 patient utilized three unauthorized prescriptions bearing her name in a local pharmacy to obtain medication. Investigations revealed sufficient evidence for an arrest warrant. R/O's executed warrant and arrested patient who confessed to the crime.
17) MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), on Tuesday April 21, 2009 at 1415 hours TUHC patient reported missing personal property from various locations within TUHC from Thursday 4/2/09 at 1152 to 1415 hours on Tuesday 4/21/09. On-going Investigation.
18) VISITOR DISTURBANCE; WANTED SUBJECT; RESOLVED BY ARREST, on Tuesday April 22, 2009 at 1647 hours TUHC staff reported a visitor disturbance between two female subjects in TUHC. TUHSC Police identified both subjects and discovered one wanted on an outstanding warrant. Subject arrested, photographed and transported to lock up for processing.
19) CODE RED (FALSE), on Wednesday April 22, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red in the basement of 127 Elk Place . Activation was caused by Facility services staff soldering in the area.
20) CODE RED (DRILL), on Wednesday April 22, 2009 at 1502 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red in TUHC and discovered it to be a drill.
21) VEHICLE BURGLARY & RECOVERY OF STOLEN PROPERTY; ATTEMPTED ARMED CAR JACKING; RESOLVED BY ARREST, on Saturday April 25, 2009 at 1440 hours a TUHC student reported that her vehicle parked in the 100 block of S. Villere Street was being burglarized. TUHSC Police and NOPD identified and arrested two subjects. While on scene another TUHC student informed R/O's that she was just a victim of an attempted carjacking in the 1500 block of Cleveland Avenue and she positively identified the two subjects arrested for the vehicle burglary. Both subjects were charged photographed and transported to lock up for further booking.
22) DISTURBANCE: WARNED AND RELEASED, on Sunday April 26, 2009 at 0715 hours TUHSC Police Officer observed two unknown males involved arguing in the 1400 block of Canal street . Both subjects warned and released.
23) CODE RED (DRILL), on Monday April 27, 2009 at 2302 hours TUHSC Police responded to a code red on floor 1 of TUHC and discovered it to be a drill.
24) CODE RED (FALSE), on Tuesday April 28, 2009 at 1238 hours TUHSC Police responded to a code red on floor 2 of the TUMS. Activation was caused by an unknown reason.
25) DISTURBANCE, on Tuesday April 28, 2009 at 1312 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a disturbance in the TUMS lobby. R/O's observed two TUMS students standing outside the TUHSC Police dispatch area. Incident handled administratively.
26) CODE RED (DRILL), on Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 0936 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red on floor 2 of 1700 perdido and discovered it to be a drill.
27) REPORTED OFF-CAMPUS SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY, on Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 1100 hours TUMS student reported that on Tuesday 4/28/09 1600 to 1000 hours on Wednesday 4/29/09 a suspicious note was placed underneath his vehicles windshield wiper. Complainant believes it is related to the situation documented under TUHSC Police Item D-183-09.
28) MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), FULL RECOVERY, on Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 1450 hours TUHC visitor/patient relative reported missing property from Friday 4/24/09 0730 to 1450 hours on Wednesday 4/29/09. TUHSC Police Officers searched mentioned areas, successfully recovered all missing property and returned it to patient's family member.
29) COMPLAINT OF SEXUAL ASSAULT: UNFOUNDED, on Thursday April 29, 2009 at 1205 hours TUHC staff reported a complaint of Sexual Assault for a TUHC patient by an unknown subject in TUHC from Monday 4/27/09 2115 to 0700 on Tuesday 4/28/09. Investigation by TUHSC Police and NOPD revealed this claim to be Unfounded. NOPD Item D-37403-09.
30) CODE RED (FALSE), on Wednesday April 29, 2009 at 1505 hours TUHSC Police Officers responded to a code red on floor 2 of 1700 perdido. Activation was caused by overcooked popcorn.
