1- THEFT (PERSONAL); ACCESS DEVICE FRAUD; PROBATION VIOLATION, at 0935 hours on Saturday August 1, 2009 TUHSC Police Officer was informed of the incident that occurred in building V. R/O's investigated and searched the area and discovered the Subject. Upon discovery the Subject was arrested and was in possession of the items.

2- CODE RED (FALSE), at 0514 hours on Monday August 3, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 2 of building B. At 0516 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a contractor spraying.

3- DAMAGE TO VEHICLE; POSSIBLE HIT AND RUN, at 1640 hours on Monday August 3, 2009 TUHSC Police Officer observed damage to the departmental 2004 Crown Victoria. The vehicle was utilized throughout the shift and parked in various locations throughout campus.

4- ARMED ROBBERY, at 0740 hours on Wednesday August 5, 2009 TUHSC Police Officer observed NOPD on floor 1 of building O. Upon Investigation R/O's learned that at 0735 hours the complainant was a victim of an armed robbery. Investigation ongoing.

5- IDENTITY THEFT; at 1315 hours on Wednesday August 5, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed of the incident. The incident occurred between Monday 6/15/09 until Friday 7/24/09. Upon investigation TUHSC Police discovered ex-employee responsible. Subject arrested.

6- CODE RED, at 1300 hours on Wednesday August 5, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 4 in building A. At 1303 R/O's arrived and discovered smoke from a dumb-waiters motor. System serviced.

7- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1751 hours on Wednesday August 5, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 5 of building B. At 1754 hours R/O's arrived and learned that the critical time period was on Wednesday 8/5/09 from 0930-1730 hours.

8- CODE RED (FALSE), at 0743 hours on Thursday August 6, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to the basement of building A. At 0744 R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was caused by excess humidity in the air handling unit.

9- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1011 hours on Friday August 7, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 1 of building B. At 1012 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was a drill.

10- ALLEGED THREATS AGAINST STAFF, at1730 hours on Friday August 8, 2009 TUHSC Police officers responded to floor 3, building B. At 1734 hours R/O's arrived and discovered that a staff member received threats via telephone.

11- VEHICLE BURGLARY, at 1230 hours on Monday August 10, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to the parking lot in the 1700 block of Tulane avenue. R/O's met with TUMS student who reported that she parked her vehicle at 0940 hours and at 1200 hours he returned and discovered it burglarized. Total property value missing is $100.00.

12- VEHICLE BURGLARY (OFF-CAMPUS), at 2030 hours on Monday August 10, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to the corner of Palmyra and S. Derbigny streets. R/O's met with TUMS student who reported that at 0800 hours he parked his vehicle and at 2020 hours he returned and discovered it burglarized. Total property value missing is $1,200.00.

13- TRESPASSING: WARNED AND RELEASE, at 1054 hours on Tuesday August 11, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3 of building B. R/O's spoke with the subject who admitted to being homeless and did not have business in the building. Subject warned and released.

14- VEHICLE ACCIDENT; LEAVING THE SCENE OF AN ACCIDENT, at 0945 hours on Friday August 14, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to building X. R/O's spoke with complainant who reported that a blue Ford F-150 Truck being driven by an unknown subject struck her vehicle and departed.

15- CREATING A DISTURBANCE, EMPLOYEE THREATS DIRECTED AT STAFF, at 2140 hours on Saturday August 15, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to building B. R/O's spoke with complainant who reported that a fellow employee made threats against her and created a disturbance.

16- CODE RED (DRILL), at 2310 hours on Saturday August 15, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 5 of building B. At 2312 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.

17- AGGRAVATED BATTERY: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, at 1230 hours on Monday August 17, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building B. R/O's met with NOPD who reported that the victims boyfriend was being arrested for Domestic violence and two outstanding traffic attachments.

18- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1952 hours on Monday August 17, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 5 of building B. At 1952 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.

19- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0820 hours on Wednesday August 19, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to building X. R/O's spoke with SPHTM student who reported that he departed on Sunday July 5, 2009 and when he returned on Tuesday August 18, 2009 he discovered $60.00 missing.

20- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0815 hours on Friday August 21, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3 of building B. R/O's spoke with the complainant who reported that she was missing jewelry valued at $30.00 since Tuesday 8/18/09. Location is either Building B or complainant's residence.

21- CODE RED (FALSE), at 1335 hours on Friday August 21, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to the mezzanine floor of building B. At 1337 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.

22- CODE RED ALARM ACTIVATIONS (FALSE), at various hours on Sunday August 23, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 5 of building X. Upon R/O's arrival they discovered the activation was due to a malfunctioning smoke detector.

23- CODE RED (FALSE), at 0029 hours on Tuesday August 25, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 1 of building B. At 0031 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was caused by sterilizer steam.

24- CARJACKING (OFF CAMPUS), at 1620 hours on Tuesday August 25, 2009 TUHSC Police officers responded to the parking lot at S. Derbigny and Tulane Avenue. R/O's spoke with the complainant TUMS student who reported that an unknown W/M subject approached her in the lot and carjacked her.

25- HARASSING TELEPHONE CALLS, at 1305 hours on Wednesday August 26, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 1 of building X. R/O's spoke with the complainant who reported that she received harassing telephone calls from 1230 – 1310 hours. Caller ID'd.

26- MISSING PROPERTY, at 1309 hours on Wednesday August 26, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to building X. R/O's spoke with the complainant who reported that approximately 6 months prior Tulane property was discovered missing. Total value is $2, 752.00.

27- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1210 hours on Thursday August, 27, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 3 of building B. R/O's spoke with the complainant who reported that she discovered her personal property missing at 1156 hours and last observed it at 1100 hours. Partial recovery on later date.

28- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1459 hours on Friday August 28, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 1 of building X. At 1500 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.

29- DISTURBANCE BY FIGHTING, at 1900 hours on Monday August 31, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 5 of building B. At 1902 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with all parties and issued 1 summons.
