2- CODE RED (FALSE), at 1354 hours on Tuesday July 1, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded. At 1359 hours R/O's arrived to the penthouse floor of building A and discovered the activation was caused by smoke from the elevator.

3- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL) at 1701 hours on Thursday July 2, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded. At 1705 hours R/O's arrived. The incident allegedly occurred on either floor 5 or 3 in building B on Tuesday 6/30/09 from 1900 to 1650 hours Thursday 7/2/09. Partial recovery.

4- THEFT (PERSONAL) PARTIAL RECOVERY OF STOLEN PROPERTY, at 1555 hours on Friday July 3, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded. At 1556 hours R/O's arrived. The incident allegedly occurred on floor 1 of building B on Friday 7/3/09 from 1500 to 1550 hours.

5- TRESPASSING; RESISTING ARREST; BATTERY OF A POLICE OFFICER, at 1215 hours on Sunday July 5, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers observed the subject on floor 3 of building B. Upon investigation the subject was arrested and transported to lock-up.

6- SUSPECTED CHILD ABUSE, at 0300 hours on Monday July 6, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers were advised of the situation which allegedly occurred off-campus. NOPD child abuse Detective assumed investigation. Unknown disposition.

7- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0927 hours on Monday July 6, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded. At 0930 hours R/O's arrived. The incident allegedly occurred on floor 1, floor 5 of building B from Friday 7/3/09 at 1145 to 0730 hours on Saturday 7/4/09.

8- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0710 hours on Wednesday July 8, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded. At 0712 hours R/O's arrived. The incident allegedly occurred on floor 1 of building B on Monday 7/6/09 from 1057 to 2146 hours.

9- VANDALISM DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0830 hours on Thursday July 9, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. The damage allegedly occurred on floor 3 of building E on Wednesday 7/8/09 0700 to 1530 hrs.

10- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1130 hours on Thursday July 9, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded. At 1136 hours R/O's arrived. The incident allegedly occurred on floor 3 of building B from Wednesday 7/8/09 1145 to 0800 hours on Thursday 7/9/09.

11- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1334 hours on Thursday July 9, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to the floor 2 of building B. R/O's discovered the activation was due to a drill.

12-  MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1500 hours on Thursday July 9, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1505 hours R/O arrived and learned that this occurred on floor 15 of building C and the critical time period was from Wednesday 7/8/09 at 2330 to 1330 hours on Thursday 7/9/09.

12 - HIT AND RUN VEHICLE ACCIDENT, at 1545 hours on Thursday July 9, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to a report of a hit and run accident on floor 3 of building E. At 1548 hours R/O arrived and learned that the incident occurred from 0900 to 1545 hours.

13- DISTURBANCE, SOLICITING, CONCEALED WEAPON, AGGRAVATED BATTERY: CLEARED BY ARREST, at 0355 hours on Friday July 10, 2009 TUHSC Police watchperson observed altercation in progress outside of building G. R/O's notified and responded to the scene at 0357 hours. All three subjects arrested and transported by NOPD to lockup for further booking.

14- THEFT OF PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1400 hours on Tuesday July 14, 2009 TUHSC Police was notified. At 1405 hours R/O's arrived and learned that a box containing various items including prescription pads was allegedly stolen from either building C or building D from Wednesday 4/1/09 to 1400 hours on Tuesday 7/14/09. Fraudulent usage of the prescription was discovered.

15- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1514 hours on Thursday July 16, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1516 R/O's arrived on floor 2 of building B and discovered the Code Red to be a Drill.

16-  MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1438 hours on Monday July 20, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached and informed. Complainant reported that on Monday 7/20/09 1306 – 1428 hours he left his tools and tool bag unattended and unsecured on floor 1 of building I and upon return discovered them missing.

17-  HIT AND RUN, at 1625 hours on Monday July 20, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1640 hours R/O's arrived. Complainant reported that at 1625 hours she parked her vehicle on Tulane avenue and returned at 1825 hours and discovered damage to her vehicle.

18- CODE RED (FALSE), at 0830 hours on Thursday July 23, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 0833 hours R/O's arrived on the mezzanine level of building B and discovered the Code Red to be caused by burning rubber gaskets touching hot wires.

19- THEFT OF BICYCLE WHEEL (PERSONAL), at 1500 hours on Thursday July 23, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by complainant who reported that at 0001 hours on Sunday 7/19/09 he parked and secured his bicycle outside TUMS. At 0312 hours he returned and discovered the bicycles front tire missing.

20-  MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1840 hours on Friday July 24, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1842 hours R/O's arrived and learned this occurred on floor 5 of building B. At 0800 hours on Friday 7/24/09 complainant left his cellular telephone on his food tray.

21- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1256 hours on Saturday July 25, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1257 hours R/O's arrived and learned the location was either floor 3 or floor 5 of building B and the critical time period was from Friday 7/24/09 0730 – 1230 hours on Saturday 7/25/09.

22-  MISSING PROPERTY, at 1250 hours on Monday July 27, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1250 R/O's arrived and learned the missing property was from floor 4 of building B and the critical time period was on Wednesday 7/22/09 from 0800 – 1000 hours.

23- TRESPASSING; UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TUHC COMPUTER, at 1259 hours on Monday July 27, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1302 R/O's arrived and learned that this occurred on floor 6 of building B from Monday 6/15/09 until 1250 hours on Monday 7/27/09.

24- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1520 hours on Monday July 27, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 1524 hours R/O's arrived and learned that this occurred on either floor 3 or floor 5 of building B from Friday 7/24/09 0640 to 0030 hours on Saturday 7/25/09.

25- CODE RED (FALSE), at 1943 hours on Tuesday July 28, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 7, building A. At 1943 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the Code Red to be caused by a contractor buffing the floor.

26- THREATENING STATEMENTS MADE BY UPTOWN CLINIC CALLER, at 1648 hours on Tuesday July 28, 2009 TUHSC Police learned that this occurred at building U on Tuesday 7/28/09 at 1215 hours.

27- MISSING PROPERTY, at 1348 hours on Wednesday July 29, 2009 Police responded. At 1352 hours R/O's arrived and learned this occurred on floor 5 of building A from Monday 7/27/09 1500-1100 hours on Wednesday 7/29/09.

28- CODE RED (FALSE), at 1449 hours on Wednesday July 29, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 8 of building A. At 1453 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the Code Red was caused by a malfunctioning elevator mechanism.

29- CODE RED (FALSE), at 2007 hours on Wednesday July 29, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 building I. At 2008 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the Code Red was caused by a water pump test.
