1- DISTURBANCE, TRESPASSING, at 0215 hours on Sunday November 1, 2009 TUHSC Police were notified of a disturbance on floor 1, building I. At 0216 hours R/O's arrived and observed an argument between the two subjects. Summons issued to both subjects without further incident.

2- CODE RED (ALARM), at 0607 hours on Tuesday November 3, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building B. At 0609 R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to cooking steam.

3- CODE RED (FALSE), at 1848 hours on Tuesday November 3, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 9 in building A. At 1849 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to contractors working in the area.

4- CODE RED (DRILL), at 0653 hours on Thursday November 10, 2009 TUHSC Police responded. At 0655 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to a drill.

5- COM-STAT REVIEW, at 1230 hours on Tuesday November 10, 2009 TUHSC Police attended NOPD COM STAT meeting. R/O discovered two UCR's as occurring in Zone “J”. 1. Auto burglary at 1240 hours, Sunday 11/1/09 –1500 block Cleveland Avenue . 2. Bicycle theft on Friday 11/6/09 at 1415 hours.

6- THEFT (Personal), at 1500 hours on Tuesday November 10, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed of the situation. At 1501 hours R/O's arrived at building B and spoke with the complainant. R/O's was informed that $543.00 in US currency was missing.

7- BICYCLE THEFT, at 1712 hours on Tuesday November 10, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by the complainant. R/O learned that at 1200 hours the complainant parked his bicycle and at 1710 he retuned and discovered it missing.

8- CODE RED (FALSE), at 1818 hours on Tuesday November 10, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 8, building B. At 1820 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to dust.

9- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1309 hours on Wednesday November 11, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1, building P. At 1311 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to a drill.
