1- CODE RED (FALSE), At 1117 hours on Thursday October 1, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 building B. At 1118 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was caused by overcooked pizza.
2- MISSING PROPERTY (RECOVERED), At 1730 hours on Friday October 2, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 8 of building A. At 1735 hours R/O's spoke with the complainant and learned the critical time period was from Wed 9/29/09 until Fri 10/2/09. Upon further investigation property discovered recovered.
3- MISSING PROPERTY (ITEMS RECOVERED, CREDIT CARD ABUSE), At 0719 hours on Sunday October 4, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 7 of building B. At 0721 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with the complainant and discovered the critical time period on Sat 10/3/09 from 0650 – 2100 hours. Items recovered by complainant in same room. Further investigation revealed unauthorized transactions on complainant's credit cards.
4- CODE RED (FALSE), At 0851 hours on Monday October 5, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 1 of building X. At 0852 R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to an electrical short.
5- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), At 1340 hours on Monday October 5, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building X. At 1342 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with the complainant. R/O's learned that the critical time period was from 1200 – 1330 hours.
6- CODE RED (FALSE), At 1439 hours on Monday October 5, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3 of building B. At 1441 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to dust.
7- SIMPLE BATTERY (OFF CAMPUS), At 2130 hours on Monday October 5, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed by NOPD of a SPHTM student that was a victim of a simple battery while off campus. R/O's learned that the subject was her boyfriend.
8- CODE RED (FALSE), at 0851 hours on Wednesday October 7, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building B. At 0852 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to boiler steam.
9- MANUAL PULL STATION ALARM ACTIVATION (FALSE), at 2227 hours on Wednesday October 7, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to penthouse C in building B. At 2229 R/O's arrived and learned that the activation was due to a malfunctioning pull station panel.
10- PATIENT ASSIST; WANTED UNDER FUGITIVE ATTACHMENT. At 0425 hours on Thursday October 8, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to a panic alarm on floor 1 of building B. R/O's assisted staff and learned that the subject wanted. Upon discharge subject was transported and booked at the intake center without incident.
11- CODE RED (FALSE), at 0813 hours on Friday October 9, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3 of building B. At 0814 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was caused by Dust.
12- VISITOR DISTURBANCE, at 1723 hours on Friday October 9, 2009 TUHSC POLICE responded to floor 5 of building B. At 1724 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with all parties and successfully de-escalated the situation.
13- DISTURBANCE; DRUNK IN PUBLIC, at 1305 hours on Saturday October 10, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to the 200 block of South Saratoga Street. R/O's spoke with the complainant and learned that at approximately 1300 hours an intoxicated elderly Black Male subject threw a bottle against a nearby light pole causing it to break. The subject departed without further incident. A search of the area proved negative.
14- CRIMINAL TRESPASS, at 1218 hours on Monday October 12, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to building X. At 1220 hours R/O's arrived and searched the area for the subject. At 1223 hours a subject fitting the description was observed and interviewed. Subject was issued a summons and warned and released without incident.
15- TRESPASSING; WANTED SUBJECT, at 0658 hours on Wednesday October 14, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building B. R/O's discovered subject trespassing and wanted. Subject arrested and transported without incident.
16- ALLEGED HARASSING TELEPHONE CALLS, at 0830 hours on Wednesday October 14, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed by complainant that she has experienced calls from someone she believes to be her ex boyfriend at her residence.
17- ALLEGED VANDALISM, AT 0947 HOURS ON Wednesday October 14, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 8 of building A. R/O's arrived at 0952 and spoke with the complainant. Upon investigation R/O's discovered the damage was not malicious but rather due to lack of maintenance.
18- MISSING PROPERTY, at 1135 hours on Wednesday October 14, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building X. At 1137 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with the complainant. Missing is Departmental Money bag containing US Currency and Personal Checks.
19- DISTURBANCE, at 2356 hours on Wednesday October 14, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building B. At 2358 R/O's arrived and learned that a visitor was causing a disturbance. Subject departed without incident.
20- CODE RED EVACUATION DRILL, at 1000 hours on Thursday October 15, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3 of building X. R/O's arrived at 1001 hours and discovered the activation was due to a drill.
21- SUBJECT UTILIZING FALSE IDENTIFICATIONS, at 1117 hours on Thursday October 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 5 of building B. R/O's searched the building for the subject and was informed that staff had discovered him and returned him to his assigned area without incident. Subject under investigation for utilizing false identities on several occasions.
22- TRESPASS BY WANTED SUBJECT, PUBLIC INTOXICATION, at 1545 hours on Thursday October 15, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to level of building B garage. R/O's observed a subject trespassing and intoxicated. Subject was arrested and transported without incident.
23- ALLEGED THREAT DURING TELEPHONE CALL, at 1543 hours on Thursday October 15, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 15 in building X. R/O's arrived at 1548 and spoke with the complainant who reported that a caller made a threatening statement. Upon R/O's investigations it was determined that the subject did not intend the statement as threatening.
24- CODE RED (EVACUATION DRILL), at 0953 hours on Thursday October 16, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to multiple pull stations in building X. At 0954 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to an evacuation drill. R/O's assisted occupants throughout the drill.
25- MISSING PROPERTY (RECOVERY), at 1725 hours on Friday October 16, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed of the situation via telephone. Incident occurred on floor six of building B. Area, office and desk left open and unsecured throughout shift. Property discovered in trash receptacle in restroom on another floor of building.
26- CODE RED (FALSE), at 2020 hours on Friday October 16, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor one of building B. At 2023 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with the on-duty engineer who deemed the activation a glitch in the system.
27- MISSING PROPERTY (RECOVERY), at 1725 hours on Friday October 16, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed of the situation via telephone. Incident occurred on floor six of building B. Area, office and desk left open and unsecured throughout shift. Property discovered in trash receptacle in restroom on another floor of building.

29- MISSING PROPERTY, at 1230 hours on Tuesday October 20, 2009 TUHSC Police Officer was approached by staff who reported missing property from floor 1, building B. Property last seen on Friday and discovered missing on Tuesday 10/20/09.
30- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0955 hours on Wednesday October 21, 2009 TUHSC Police Officer was approached by staff who reported Missing personal property and fraudulent use of his credit cards off-campus. Property last seen on Thursday 10/15/09 on campus and unsecured. Discovered missing 16 hours after last seen.
31- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1332 hours on Wednesday October 21, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3 in building B. At 1334 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.
32- THEFT BY SHOPLIFTING, at 1129 hours on Thursday October 22, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to building G. At 1130 hours R/O's arrived and met with the complainant who identified the subject.
33- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 0750 hours on Friday October 23, 2009 TUHSC Police were notified. At 2025 hours on Thursday the complainant inadvertently left her property on a bench in building I.
34- ALLEGED HARASSMENT, at 1400 hours on Friday October 23 TUHSC Police was informed of the situation. At 1410 hours TUHSC Police spoke with the complainant who reported that a fellow program member had contacted her excessively. R/O's spoke with all parties and a resolution was established.
35- CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1022 hours on Saturday October 24, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by the complainant. R/O's inspected the damage and observed the vehicles drivers side and passengers side lock cylinders punched out. No items missing. Building I.
36- CODE RED (DRILL), at 1530 hours on Saturday October 24, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 3, building B. At 1531 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.
37- BICYCLE THEFT (PERSONAL), at 1210 hours on Sunday October 25, 2009 TUHSC Police was informed of the situation by the complainant. Time of occurrence was on Sunday 10/25/09 0915 – 1200 hours. Stolen was a Cannon Mountain bike valued at $400.00.
38- DISTURBANCE, at 1108 hours on Monday October 26, 2009 TUHSC Police was contacted by the complainant. At 1110 hours R/O's responded to floor two of building G and spoke with the past tenant and resolved the issue.
39- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1530 hours on Monday October 26, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 5, building B. At 1535 hours R/O's spoke with the complainant who reported that he was missing his black wallet and its contents which included $80.00 U.S. currency.
40- MISSING PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1716 hours TUHSC Police responded to floor 7, building B. At 1718 hours R/O's arrived and spoke with the complainant who reported that he was missing $40.00 U.S. currency.
41- CODE RED ALARM AND EVACUATION DRILL, at 0929 hours on Wednesday October 28, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to floor 1 of building F. At 0930 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation due to a drill. R/O's stood by to assist in the evacuation drill.
42- ALLEGED THREAT COMPLAINT AGAINST STAFF; COUNTER COMPLAINT FOR MAKING FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST A STAFF MEMBER, at 1510 hours on Wednesday October 28, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by the complainant. She informed R/O that the incident occurred on floor 14 of building D on Tuesday 10/27 and Wednesday 10/28.
43- CODE RED (DRILL), at 0644 hours on Thursday October 29, 2009 TUHSC Police Officers responded to floor 1 of building B. At 0645 hours R/O's arrived and discovered the activation was due to a drill.
44- FRAUDULENT PRESCRIPTION (OFF CAMPUS), at 1325 hours on Thursday October 29, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by staff member and informed of the situation. The alleged location of occurrence is a Walgreens drug store in Zachary Louisiana.
45- CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY (PERSONAL), at 1728 hours on Thursday October 29, 2009 TUHSC Police responded to the Econo lodge parking lot (OFF-CAMPUS). R/O's spoke with the complainant and learned the time of occurrence was from 0900 to 1710 hours. Damage discovered was vehicles front drivers side window broken out.
46- DAMAGE TO VEHICLE, at 1912 hours on Thursday October 29, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by staff who reported the situation. Time of occurrence was from 1015 to 1900 hours. Damage discovered on her vehicles front side wheel well. Occurred on Rooftop of building I.
47- SIMPLE CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, at 0657 hours on Friday October 30, 2009 TUHSC Police was approached by staff who reported the situation. R/O's inspected and photographed the damage. By 0855 hours the damage was successfully repaired. Building A.
48- OFF CAMPUS HOMICIDE, at 1230 hours on Saturday October 31 2009 TUHSC Police was notified of a news conference in reference to the off-campus death of a staff member. All notifications were made and R/O's assisted in the conference.
